Dale began his career in the boat business in the mid 1970's in Dana Point, CA. Building and designing surfboards was the beginning for Dale. It evolved into yacht building and repair. A position with a custom yacht-builder on Bainbridge Island prompted his move to the Pacific North West in 1980.

It was not long before Dale moved to the marketing end of the boat business, and ended up selling for that same company for almost 20 years. In 2003, Dale made a move to a new company to expand his career with his long time clientele to larger yachts, and the expansive brokerage available. That business would become the Crow's Nest Yachts of today.

In November of 2010, Dale, along with two other partners from Crow's Nest Yachts Seattle, purchased that office and have been operating it as a franchise business. Read more
