Viking 82 Convertible
Look for the official debut of the 82 Convertible at Viking’s Miami Boat Show VIP Preview, January 30-31, 2009! Viking’s in-house design team comes through with another ground breaking model in the 82 Convertible. This is the largest model release in Viking’s 44 year history! The exterior is characterized by an aggressively raked stern and a gorgeous sheer. The foredeck is flush with a gentle crown, quietly hinting at the substantial headroom below, in each of the four staterooms. With a maximum beam of 21 feet, a lesser design would look too stout, but Viking’s industry-leading design achieves optimal comfort and beauty. Full Description and more photos.

Viking 42 Convertible
Sure to be a hit with the sportfishing and recreational crowds alike, the 42 Convertible demonstrates Viking’s pulse on the emerging market. Incredibly well proportioned, nearly 16 feet of beam allows for three staterooms and two heads, with plenty of room and comfort to spare. Viking 42 Open
Viking’s 42 Open, which utilizes the same hull form as the 42 Convertible, has the attractive rakish looks of an ideal day boat. However, the 42 Open is much more boat than that. A forward stateroom, twin berths below the command deck, and a full head and shower are all marks of the standard layout, which also features a compact galley to starboard and a dinette to port. There is an alternative layout also, complete with accommodations for four in two private staterooms, along with two heads, each with a fiberglass shower stall. Full Description and more photos.
